Angela is a native Texan and a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan.  She is the oldest of 3 girls, which is where she began to acquire her leadership skills. She maintains a positive can-do attitude and believes that nothing is truly impossible.

After working several customers service-oriented jobs, she was hired as the National Sales Assistant for the Victoria Television Group in 2008. This sparked a previously unknown passion for Marketing. Today, Angela wears many hats, which includes being responsible for National Sales on all 13 of the Victoria Television Group stations. 

Angela enjoys learning new things and collaborating with co-workers to expand clients’ marketing impact. She continues to grow her marketing skills by attending conferences, seminars, and webinars. 

She is a proud wife to Daryl and a mother to 3 rambunctious boys (Clay, Shayne, and Cameron) and a spit-fire daughter (Kylie), ages 15-21. In her spare time, she enjoys family time, camping, and exploring new local restaurants. She’s a member of the local chapter of the American Business Women's Association and finds joy in volunteering for non-profits and events that make a positive impact on her community.

Dave comes to us from the San Angelo/Abilene market. He started in TV sales in the Corpus Christi Market in 2013 at Kiii Channel 3. Dave is experienced in Broadcast TV, Digital and OTT advertising. He brings a wealth of experience and is looking forward to working with you.

Craig is a true business advocate.  His twenty-five plus years as a small business owner gives him a unique perspective and appreciation for what it takes to succeed in today’s complicated business environment.  He likes to ask, “What would be a BIG WIN for your business”  Then he goes to work tailoring a campaign aimed at achieving your business goals!  In addition to his business background, he has years or digital marketing experience, promotional advertising knowledge and even sold carbon paper back in the day.  He has a true passion for helping businesses throughout the Crossroads achieve their BIG WIN and is excited about the future of advertising! 

Craig loves to cook; play golf and you may just catch him playing drums in bands around town.  He has four children and one adorable grandson named Luke.  Yes, they are all Star Wars fans.  Craig’s youngest, Austin and Asher, both about to turn seven, recently had their story, George The Dragon published.   

Craig is heavily involved in the community through business advocacy groups, supporting youth sports and local Veteran organizations.  He is often asked, “are you from here?”  While he grew up a few hours north of Victoria, his answer is always, “no, but I got here as quickly as possible!

Howdy, I am Toni Rabe

I’m a native Texan and have put down roots in the Victoria, Crossroads region. I love this

part of Texas & have been here about eight years now.

I have been in the sales and marketing industry since high school.

I enjoy being a helpful part of the community I live in. I previously lived in the Hill Country of

Texas, for fifteen years and served in The Cowboy Ministry at barrel races I used to compete

at, The 4-H horse club, The Big Brothers and Sisters and The Lion’s Club.

Family life has blessed me with seven beautiful grandchildren, three dogs, then there is

Tom the lazy orange cat, who catches a mouse a couple times a year, and once left one in

my shoe.

I am so pleased to be a part of the Crossroads area and am looking forward to making new

friends and helping businesses grow.

Regina is a born and raised Victorian where her time was mainly spent at a dance studio or a sports field. She won her first regional dance championship at 7 years old and was a league softball champion at 13. After high school Regina pursued a career in sports medicine, however while working in broadcasting during college, she became fascinated in the technical broadcasting arena and changed her efforts to a career in television. 

In her 20+ years at Victoria Television Group, Regina has managed many jobs in the technical broadcasting field including News Video Editor, Master Control Supervisor and Live Newscast director.  In 2012 creativity took over and she switched her focus to Promotions and Digital.  She developed the procedures to efficiently edit and maintain daily promotion on each of the network affiliates in the Victoria Television Group while upholding digital and promotional campaigns for the Newscasts.  Regina also manages and maintains the digital media and social platforms for Victoria Television Group and has a sturdy understanding of web advertisement, trafficking, reporting and digital media fulfillment. 

When Regina is not engaged in television stuff or analyzing data at her desk, this wife and mother of 4 can still be caught at the dance studio with her daughter, sports fields with her son or driving to a school fundraiser her kids have somehow signed her up to help.
